Clamping frame system for large areas, outdoor and indoor applications
|
An extremely versatile and solid clamping frame system of aluminium, especially developed for the use with clamping films. The design enables crease-free areas of up to 100 m² and more. In that, exchanging pictures is accomplished easily and quickly. The low installation depth of only 107 – 125 mm, depending on the frame size, allows for indoor as well as outdoor applications. Flexframe® is predominantly used at facades, in shopping centres, concert halls, airports and train stations.

Into the rear of the tensioning section fits a standard box section with 40 mm. The sections are cut to mitre at an angle of 45 °, and using corner connectors, they are assembled into a stable frame. The clamping film is then suspended into the frame using tensioning sections and tightly braced using tensioning blocks and stainless steel socket head screws. Following bracing of the picture, cover sections are attached all around, which can be anodised or powder-coated in all RAL colours.

Flexframe® enables high-quality and permanent presentation also in very large dimensions, and is thus also ideally applicable for complete facades or object designs. Since there are no breakable parts, failure-free, long-term use outdoors is guaranteed as well.
